This route if filled with things to do.  You don't have to do all of it and the track can be used independently if you want to just head to the Brading Roman Villa or Adgestone Vineyard.  If your goal is the Garlic Farm, then you have options on the way there, if you want to explore.  If you are hoping to eat at the Garlic Farm, we would always advise having a reservation (01983 865378).  In the summer, the vineyard has music on various days each week, so check out their website here, to see what's on. On the way home from the Garlic Farm, you can either follow the route to Sandown seafront and the Pier for some arcade, crazy golf, or amusements fun, or you can divert back home via Brading.  The trail along Sandown seafront to Yaverland Beach (lovely walking at low tide) takes you past The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, so this really can be an all day excursion of fun and exploration.  There is some road riding but for the majority, the roads have 30 / 40mph speed limits and the amount is as limited as it can be.
