This route can offer you a half or even full day out.  Start with a flat exit from the Duver across the Mill Wall (please dismount and walk across).  Enjoy the Houseboat & Harbour views before heading along the bridleway towards the Bembridge Lifeboat Station which is well worth a visit.  Between Bembridge and Brading you'll take the back-roads and bridleways where possible.  The route doesn't take you up to Culver Cliff but there are walking route options from the bridleway.  There are plenty of places to have a meal and many other highlights that can be diverted to.  The circular route brings you back along the old railway route to St Helens.
